Processing
Our team at Growshala meticulously screen the chosen candidates which includes medical checkup, background checks, police clearance, credentials and certificate checks, etc. Only after complete satisfaction, we finalise the signing of employee contracts and job offer letters.

Mobilization
Growshala undertakes all travel arrangements for the candidates including air tickets, medical insurance and visa application. We give destination orientation along with pre-departure information so that candidates can easily transit into their new careers.
